Kammerspiel

This September saw the launch of Bodo Sperlein’s focused solo exhibition; Kammerspiel. Located in the heart of Vienna, the exhibition took place in a historic vaulted space at the exclusive Member Club Am Hof 8. Curated by the designer himself, the show featured a selection of his current and iconic works: furniture, lighting, wall installations, rugs, and silverware.

Kammerspiel unfolded as an atmospheric spatial composition where each object is part of a thoughtfully orchestrated whole. Sperlein masterfully weaves light, material, form, and space into a dense dialogue. Intimate in scale, the exhibition invites contemplative engagement with sculptural design at the highest level of craftsmanship.
