Studio Assistant - Part Time

We are looking for a part-time studio assistant, who has great creative writing skills and is up for a challenge to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate is someone dedicated and self-motivated to help support the day-to-day running of our studio including researching, writing press releases, organising orders and general studio upkeep.

Experience in similar role within an office or within customer services would be an advantage. A good phone manner and communication skills are vital.

A keen interest & knowledge of design and the arts is preferable as to is experience within the industry, however it is not critical to have previous experience working in an administrative role in the design industry.


The role will involve:

General studio administration including diary management and organisation of travel arrangements.

Devising ideas to develop and grow our online store.

Assisting with sales from enquiry to delivery.

Producing studio press releases and website/social copy.

Management of product database.


What we require:

Efficient and confident working on digital platforms.

Highly motivated and enthusiastic with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Excellent spoken and written English is essential.

Experience of managing a website is beneficial.

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is essential

Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
