Bodo Sperlein prides itself on upholding craftsmanship skills by using quintessentially British fine bone china. The White Sculptural range is handmade in a dedicated independent workshop based in the centre of the historical ceramics industry of Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.

Trained at the University of the Arts London, Bodo has spent over two decades building a practice defined by material precision and a quiet confidence in craft. The studio collaborates with leading international manufacturers across furniture, lighting, tableware, and textiles. Recent partners include Meissen, Lobmeyr, Dibbern, GAN Rugs, LZF Lamps, Schotten & Hansen, and Gravelli — brought together most visibly through the studio's annual Menu exhibition at Milan Design Week, which Bodo has curated since 2024. Longer-standing relationships with brands such as Dior, Swarovski, Mulberry, and Nikko reflect the studio's position across both luxury fashion and design manufacturing.
