During the 2026 Maison&Objet exhibition in Paris, the Botanica Rugs took centre stage at the Gan Rugs stand.

The decision to hang the rugs revealed their many facets, showcasing them not only as floor pieces but also as works that can be displayed on the wall, much like any other piece of art.

A collaboration between GAN and Bodo Sperlein, the Botanica Rugs have been nominated for multiple design awards, integrating artisanal crafting processes with organic and contemporary designs.

Inspired by the natural forms of fauna and fungi, the rugs are statement pieces in any room, drawing attention to the intricate details and texture obtained through the traditional hand-tufting techniques.

The rugs are available in two different sizes and three distinct colour schemes.
