Studio Lighting and Furniture
Our studio collections have been produced, alongside the work we do for luxury brands. Including Ceramics, Lighting and Furniture, the focus is towards high quality materials and traditional craft with the inspiration coming from wide ranging sources.
Incorporating three uniquely developed interchangeable arms, the Hadron allows you to interact directly with the design, adapting the striking presence when both illuminated and turned off, a distinguished centrepiece for any modern or traditional interior.
The LED light is produced in polished nickel or brushed brass finishes, in two sizes medium and large. Its rotating arms, allow the sculptural light to be rotated altering the light’s appearance.
The Hadron light lends itself to being hung as a collective as well as a singular focal piece. Perfect for hotels, restaurants and home interiors. Internationally recognised as a treasure trove for eclectic interior treasures, in January 2015 Galerie du Passage, Paris showcased our Hadron light alongside the TANE silverware collection.
Inspired by the 19th century Art Nouveau movement, the Contour furniture series mirrors Bodo’s organic design style. Made in the UK by skilled British wood craftsmen in a small scale workshop, the contour is produced using the finest natural materials and explorative finishing techniques.
With a notable eye for material and biomorphic in form, this range of furniture is inspired by the 19th century Art Nouveau movement whereby Japanese art was prized as a major influence for its simplicity and clean lines. The bench serves to accompany the opulent curvature of the table, the construction of which has a seamless profile, conveying a harmonious synergy between the two pieces.
Available in a variety of hardwoods, the wood is intuitively selected for each singular piece and takes seven days to hand craft. The marrying of advanced technological methods of making and traditional craftsmanship skills has permitted this collection to radically alter the perception of solid wood furniture, creating an unexpected fluidity to a time-honoured material.
